Instead, you'll be charged based on the size and complexity of the property you want me to capture, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Photo Delivery: You'll receive 25 fully edited photos optimized for any platform, including Airbnb, Marketplace, and more. I understand the urgency of sharing your property's photos. Within 1 week following the photoshoot, you'll receive a secure online link via WETRANSFER for easy viewing and downloading. If you require expedited delivery within 3 days, an additional fee of 1000 THB applies. Retouching & Editing: Every corner of your house or hotel will undergo careful editing to ensure impeccable detail and authenticity in every image. Drone Option & Video: Enhance your real estate listing with aerial views and captivating videos. Contact me to discuss adding drone photography and videography to your package. Cancellation Policy
Downpayment Requirement To secure your booking, a 30% downpayment is required prior to the shooting day. This payment can be made through Wise or Revolut. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot: You will not incur any charges, and your downpayment will be fully reimbursed. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot: A cancellation fee will be charged to the client, typically 15% of the total shoot cost. The exact fee will be determined based on the nature and scale of the shoot. Final Payment The remaining balance will be due immediately after the shooting day. This can be paid in cash or via any transfer method of your choice.
